LYNNE + TOM ( Gamble Garden Estate: Palo Alto, CA )
Thursday, September 30th, 2010Tom and Lynne planned an beautiful intimate wedding with their closest family and friends at Gamble Gardens Estate in Palo Alto, CA. The English style garden made for the perfect setting, and the harpist set the perfect mood. Lynne and Tom picked one of the yummiest cakes I have ever tasted, and both their families were incredibly warm and welcoming…We had such a wonderful time together! Congratulations to Lynne and Tom!
We had an unexpected visitor during our portraits…

Tuesday, December 22nd, 2009

Monica + Patrick ( The Embarcadero, San Francisco )
Tuesday, November 17th, 2009
These are a few images from Monica and Patrick’s romantic engagement shoot this past weekend in San Francisco. We wondered up and down the Embarcadero, finding all sorts of great places to shoot including the Americano Restaurant, inside and out at The Ferry Building and out on Pier 7 for some dramatic night shots…So much fun!

BEHIND THE SCENES…
Saturday, November 14th, 2009I thought it would be fun to share some behind the scenes photographs taken at recent shoots. These first two were taken my Mei Mei Chan, sister of the bride in these images. Mei Mei came along with us on our Day After/ Wreck the Dress session at Bonita Point in Marin, CA. It was great fun to have her with us as she is also a photographer and was gracious enough to take these images and send them to me….More to come!

Image below by Mei Mei Chan.

This next image was taken by Erik, my boyfriend/personal Sherpa and human lightstand on an engagement shoot at the Ferry Building in San Francisco. What would I do without him!

Here’s another image taken by Erik at a portrait shoot in the bay marshes near Foster City, CA. This was such a fun shoot but I was SO dirty afterwords. Even with the mud boots I was soaking wet! Totally worth it though

This last image was taken by Erik at a Day After session in the abondoned buildings on Angel Island out by Alcatraz in San Francisco Bay. It’s been such a fun summer! Can’t wait for next year!
