Simply put - I love my job. I get to create beautiful photographs, of life's most precious and fleeting moments for people who are in love, excited, happy. As an artist, it doesn't get much better than this.
I was given my first film camera at age thirteen, and it quickly became an extension of my hand. Using the camera as a tool for communication and investigation, I have been refining my ability to capture the world around me in a honest and artful light ever since. My greatest passion lives in photographing people, and I feel it is a privilege to document and create memories for my clients.
Using an approach that combines photojournalism and fine art, I create images that tell a story and expose the beautiful, whimsical, spontaneous moments of real life and love. It is always my goal to make images to say more than just, ‘this is what happened’ but also - ‘this is how it felt.’
