Anyone who knows me also knows I am a total animal lover. Phoenix – my little dog has made many new friends at the dog park, just down the street from our new place in the San Francisco Bay, California.  There is something about the look in a dogs eyes – innocence, love, play, curiosity…Who could resist! Anyhow, last week I took my new Canon 5d mark II with us on our weekend dog park rendezvous and snapped some cute pics of Phoenix and his little buddies.  Along with weddings, photographing dogs and children is something I could never be board with. S0 spontaneous and silly – who knows whats coming next!

This last picture is Phoenix and his new best buddy, Oscar, who also happens to be a little Shiba Inu. There aren’t too many Shiba’s around, so it’s rare (and pretty adorable!) when they get together
